AFFIDAVIT

I, CESAR ABAS JR. y BURAL, of legal age, married and residing at

Barangay, Pinamarbuhan Mobo, Masbate City after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law hereby depose and say:

1. That sometime in April 2017 I have purchased a RUSI Motorcyle with Chasis No.
RFCPCGXJ6GB000708 through installment with chattel mortgage from RUSI
Company - Cagba, Masbate City;

2. That due to default in payment the chattel mortgage was cancelled and the
above motorcycle unit was foreclosed sometime in July 2017 by RUSI Company
– Cagba Masbate City;

3. That I am executing this affidavit freely and voluntarily in the interest of truth.
