must be mentioned).

Medical fitness certificate

Declaration of fidelity & secrecy.

Previous employer’s certificate (where applicable)

Resignation acceptance letter / Relieving letter from your respective HR (without which
candidate will not be allowed to join BOP).

Last pay certificate.

Detail of income tax deduction (where applicable)

Original educational / professional certificates / ID card seen at time of submission of


documents. Two sets of attested copies of all educational & professional certificates, ID card,
Domicile (Please check attach marks sheet along with degrees.)
