4.1. Introductory Sing the song “Awit ng Alpabasa”
Activity (2minutes) Group Activity:

Divide the class into two. Have the group form two lines.
Show the class two boxes, one labeled /Uu/ and the other labeled /Aa/.
Lay down the pictures, and have the first group put the pictures that starts with letter
/Uu/ in the correct box, one student per picture at a time and the second group in the
/Aa/ box. Correct their answers afterwards.

Motivation:
Guess the picture (4 pics 1 word): Have the students guess the picture that starts
with letter Gg.

4.2. Activity
( 3minutes) The teacher will:
1. Teach the students the sound and the name of the letter Gg and show realias
and pictures of things that start with the letter Gg.

2. The teacher will show a video on how to write the letter Gg.
3. The teacher will call on students and let them show how they write the letter Gg
on the board.
