2018 URGENT MEETING

Agenda:

Reading of Previous Minutes (if not) Reporting of Previous Admin (F1)

Election/Appointment of New Set of Officers (F2)
Launching of the “Year of the Youth” (F3)
MABAMA Youth Convention (F4)
Other Matters
o Establishment of the Council’s Rules and Regulations (Consolidated from the Members) (F5)
o Activity/ies Planning for the Incoming GKK Fiesta (F6)

Clear Details of Each Agendum:

F1:

1. Previous President will act as the presider for the said meeting.
2. His admin will report everything (including the money, project) what they had in their previous
administration.

F2:

1. There will be an election or appointment of officers; the following set of officers must be filled:
a. President
b. V-President
c. Secretary
d. Treasurer
e. Auditor
f. PIO
g. Bus. Mngr. (2)
h. Sgt. @ Arms (2)

F3:

1. The newly elected president will talk about the succeeding agenda. This time he/she will talk
about the Year of the Youth.
2. Explain what is Year of the Youth and its theme, why we celebrate the year of the youth, by
what means/where the youth can participate in this whole year celebration?
3. Launching of the Parish Year of the Youth will be held at Sr. Sto Nino Parish Magsaysay on Dec.
9. All GKK Youth Officers or any member can attend the said event. All Youth officers are
obliged to attend the mass (2nd mass) which start at 8:00 am. Calling time for all the event
attendees is 7:00 am. There will be a short program for the launching before the mass starts.

Note to members:
1. The Parish Youth Committee will provide the tarpaulin to be posted on each GKK. However,
the printing cost will be shouldered by each GKK.
2. Transportation Allowance

4. MABAMA YOUTH CONVENTION will be held at Mabunga Elementary School, Bansalan, Davao
del Sur on December 14, 15 and 16, 2018. Pre-Registration will be on December 9, 2018. The
President must submit the list of delegates/participants who are willing to join the event. The
paper must be in this format (Name, Age, Signature). At the bottom of the paper must KINDLY
affix the signature of the GKK President.

Brief Details:
1. Registration fee (includes food) (For Magsaysay Parish only)- 220.00
The 20.00 pesos will be intended for the games’ prizes and event paraphilia

December 14, 2018

1:00-04:00- Assembly time at Magsaysay Parish (Bonggo ang sakyan)
04:00-05:00- Travel to Bansalan
05:00-onwards Program Starts (Socio-Cultural Nite)

December 15, 2018

No time indicated until 5- This day there will be activated
5 pm onwards- Youth rest time (This will be utilized for the Parish Youth Christmas Party)
