Subject : CHB Plastering Methodology

METHODOLOGY

1. Prepare area to be plastered including utility layout.

2. Clean surface of CHB with ordinary water to remove dirt and dust.

3. Mix mortar ratio 1:3 using manual or mechanical mixing.

4. Spread thin mixture of mortar to roughen surface of CHB. (5mm thick)

5. Check plumbness & straightness of CHB prior to finish plastering.

6. Perform finish plastering after 1 day. Use plaster mortar mixture 1:3.

Note: Mortar Mixture 1:3 (12bags Cement per 1cm Sand)

1part - Cement (40kg)

3parts - Sand (0.081cm)
