    Project : Sapphire Tower 1


    Location : Fort Bonifacio Taguig City
    Subject : Precast Installation

    METHODOLOGY

    1. Prior to concreting, install dowels near the precast for shoring.

    2. Install steel plates for precast connection prior to pouring.

    3. Perform concreting on slab, beams, columns & shear wall.

    4. Install table forms for the next level followed by rebars.

    5. Install precast according to approved plans and details.

    6. Fix the base and the sides of precast by welding of steel plates.

    7. Provide shoring on sides of precast to fix & adjust the plumbness.

    8. Anchor the above dowels of precast to the slab or beam.

    9. Weld all the steel plate & dowel connections to fix the precast.

    10. Prior to concreting, check the plumbness & straightness of precast.

    11. Perform concrete pouring to fix the above portion of precast.
