    Location : Fort Bonifacio Taguig City
    Subject : Concreting Methodology
    (Job Mix Design)

    METHODOLOGY
    1. Prepare and layout the area to be poured.

    2. Bore holes on concrete 2” deep then install rebars with Sonobond 200.

    3. Fabricate forms according to specified dimensions of structure.

    4. Clean the area then apply Sonobond 200 on old concrete for bonding.

    5. Prepare concrete using job mix design 1:2:3 (2,500psi-28days).

    6. Mix concrete using mechanical or manual then pours directly to the prepared area.

    7. After 12 hours, remove forms then perform finishing works.

    Job Mix Design: 1:2:3 (2,500psi-28days)


    1 Part : Cement (1 bag)
    2 Parts : Sand (0.054 cm)
    3 Parts : Gravel ¾” (0.081 cm)
    1 Volume : Water (5 gals) `

    Note: Job Mix Design can be applied on Wheel Guards, Zocalo, Lintel Beams, and
    Stiffener Columns.
