Re: Request to Lift Hold Departure Order

Gentlemen:

regard to the above-captioned matter. Our client was previously
accused in a criminal case for Qualified Theft docketed as Criminal
Case ______________________pending before the Regional Trial Court of
______________________. A Hold Departure Order (“HDO”) was
subsequently issued by the court on ______________________. The HDO
was entered in the Bureau of Immigration’s database on
______________________under DERO Reference ______________________.

Thereafter, on ______________________, the court ordered criminal

case ______________________ dismissed. Then, in its Order dated
______________________, the court lifted and set aside the HDO. A
certified true copy of the Order dated ______________________is
attached as ANNEX A.

As such, we respectfully request that the Hold Departure Order

under DERO Reference ______________________be lifted and set aside.
