Role

opportunities, and identifying all the possible problems and obstacles.
Requirements Elicitation: Requirements elicitation and gather through meetings and sessions with
stakeholders.
Requirements Documentation: Requirements documentation including use cases, inputs & outputs, UML
diagrams, pre & post conditions, assumptions & constrains and UI mockups.
Requirements Management: Requirements prioritization, communication and verification.
Requirements Approval: Requirements validation with stakeholders and getting formal approval on final
requirements.
Implementation Validation: Follow-up with the implementation of the solution and quality assurance to
insure alignment with requirements.
User Acceptance Testing: Perform UAT by playing the role of the customer, facilitate customer’s testing and
secure formal acceptance from the customer.

Business Analyst: Identify the business needs, required services, integration
interfaces, capacity requirements, and UI elements. Prepare requirements

Product Manager: identifying potential products; conducting market research;
generating product requirements; determining specifications, production
timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies.
Supporting technically the sales team and working with the bidding team to prepare the technical part of the
proposal.
Project Description
Ministry of Finance issued a public RFP to implement platform to integrate
all government billers under single platform that integrate with the national
payment gateway (SADAD) instead of discreetly each government biller
integrate with SADAD. This will ease and unify the required reporting of
revenue of government billers to MoF and allow to onboard new government billers easily to SADAD without the
need to implement their own integration with SADAD.
Duties
Opportunity assessment and defining the business model that works for Elm and MoF.
Technology assessment, technology partners review and negotiation.
Solution design and defining the system modules and its interfaces beside to the used cases of the system.
Define and breakdown of system use cases.
Defining onboarding model of onboarding new billers to the platform.
Defining support model.
Detailed effort estimation of implementation, onboarding and support.
Preparing the technical proposal.
Engaged with the customer (MoF) to define the proposed solution and agree on technical aspects.

Project Description
SADAD® is the national Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment of Saudi Arabia; it’s a
pioneer project in EMEA region that provides unified platform that links different
billers and banks to enable the consumers to use banks electronic channels to pay their
bills.
Duties
Managing stakeholder by identifying them, plan approach strategy and to communicate with them.
Elicitation of requirements of change requests and new projects.
Requirements prioritization, modeling and defining assumptions and constraints.
Solutions assessment by comparing solutions based on technical pros and cons, cost, and time to market.
Documenting requirements such as Business Requirement Specification (BRS), Solution Requirements
Specifications (SRS), UML diagrams, business flow diagrams, and UI prototypes.
Requirements Management by requirement validation with stakeholders and verifying that deliverables are
aligned with specifications.
