We are pleased to inform you that you have been provisionally selected for admission into
Ph. D program at K L E F. Hearty Congratulations from Academic Research Division, K L E
F.

Please attend the registration on 15th July 2019 at 9:00 AM at your respective department
followed by coursework on Research Methodology from 16th – 18th July 2019.

At the time of registration, the following guidelines are to be followed strictly.

GUIDELINES FOR Ph.D/M.Phil Registration

Date of Registration for Ph. D: 15th July 2019.

At the Time of Registration, the Candidate shall come up with the following:

1. Original Certificates (To be deposited with the University in case of Full-time mode)
2. Three passport size photographs
3. Two sets of Xerox copies of all Educational qualifications from 10th standard onwards
4. Experience certificate and NOC (Mandatory For all the scholars who opted for Part-time
mode)
5. Category certificate (in case of SC/ST/OBC).
6. Aadhar Card Xerox Copy

Also, the candidate shall pay the One Time Admission Fee of Rs. 5,000/- and First semester
Tuition fee of Rs. 30000/- in favour of “KL University”, payable at Vijayawada (The
Tuition fee is Rs. 30000/- per semester, minimum duration is 3 years for full-time and 4 years
for part-time) at the time of registration on 15th July 2019. NO ONLINE PAYMENTS
ARE ACCEPTED. Candidate is also requested to carry Photostat of the DDs.

Allotment of supervisor at K L E F is made on the date of registration, or within next two

days.

Expert lectures will be held on the Research Methodology Course during 16th – 18th July
2019. Hence all the candidates shall attend the registration on 15th July 2019 and course
work on RM from 16th – 18th July 2019 without fail. (Mandatory)

Note: Even though you have opted for Full Time mode, there is a separate approval that is
required from higher officials to confirm the Full-Time registration. Initially part time
registration will be given on 15th July 2019 and later based on the approval that registration
will be converted in to Full-Time in 15 days.
