Cover Letter
Four years ago I had begun my store manager journey at the Coleman
Village location in Roswell, during that time we have gone from a 20k a
week sales to and average of 31k in sales a week. This is greatly due
to the increased sales in food, staffing and customer experience being
delivered in my store. Food growth has been established to 2% or
greater year over year, with minimizing waste. These results can be
translated to ensuring that business analysis is used to ensure that
there will be an established base in sales for the new location while
maintaining the cost of waste.
Customer and partner experience is the core of our priorities with in our
area, our goal is to maintain a customer experience score of 50, while I
have not yet hit the goal of 50 my store has maintained a High High
score in customer experience and operations for all four years except
for one quarter. Also I have maintained a regular base in staffing with
partners to ensure that there are proper staffing levels, and creating a
culture of welcoming for customers as they always find one or two
familiar faces.
