ii. Request for approval of change order #1 for the parking lot in the amount of
$1,099.58
iii. Relocation of SLECA power poles.
iv. Request for approval to move forward with the preparation of an RFP for landscaping
at the girls’ softball parking lot and spectator plaza.
f) Report on main lake excavation project as well as drainage and other Parish improvements.
g) Approval of pay app #1 for the parking lot from LA Contracting in the amount of
$415,211.27.
h) Authority for Executive Director to execute change orders and CEA’s less than $10,000 on
behalf of Rec 23 after consultation with Board chair/designee and legal.
