The cardiac shadow is enlarged. The aorta is segmentally calcified.

Spurs are noted along the margins of the included vertebrae. The diaphragm, costophrenic sulci and
rest of the bony thorax are unremarkable.

IMPRESSION:

Cardiomegaly
Atherosclerotic aorta.
Degenerative osseous changes.
