Please kindly be informed management announcement regarding General Election and Lebaran Holiday,
as follow:

I. GENERAL ELECTION (PEMILU – Pileg dan Pilpres)

According to President Decree No. 10 Year 2019, General Election (Pemilu) on Wednesday
April 17th, 2019 is decided as public holiday.

II. LEBARAN SEASON

Company policy on Lebaran Holiday 2019 (comply with The Three Minister Decree no: 262,
no:617, no:16 tahun 2018) as follow:

A. NATIONAL HOLIDAY is on Wednesday and Thursday, 5 and 6 June 2019 for Hari Raya
LEBARAN (Idul Fitri).
 For employee who has assignment on duty in the office during these National
Holiday, please registered to HRGA (based on your assignment letter from
Director). The company will compensate your attendance during these days.

B. LEBARAN HOLIDAY GIFT. Monday and Tuesday, 3 & 4 June 2019 , these 2 days are a
Holiday Gift form the Company, and counted as ADDITIONAL DAY OFF. There is no
deduction on your annual leave.
 For employee who has assignment on duty in the office during these days has
right to change day off (expiry on August 2019). Please registered to HRGA
(based on your assignment letter from Director)

C. OPTIONAL HOLIDAY. Friday 7 June 2019 is optional working day. Un-attendance will
deduct your annual leave. Each of Director is managing all team to manage the alternate
attendance.
 For employee who works on this day, HRGA will provide you Free Lunch. Please
registered to HRGA (based on your assignment letter from Director)

In the near future, HRGA will distribute you online form for your leave plan during Lebaran season based
on your decision with your direct superior.
