to deliver excellence. It’s our pleasure to announce you that our prestigious project “Sikka
Kaamya Greens” have awarded with Gold Rating Certification under IGBC (Indian Green
Building Council) Hyderabad. We would like to enlighten on the benefits coming with IGBC
certification for the occupants:-

 Substantial deduction in the energy consumption consequential substantial lower

electricity bill. It will result in decreased no. of units & low electricity bill.

 Usage of high performance glass in external door units resulting in day light
comfort and also deduction in heat in grace which will results in less heat into the
building & sensation of cold temperature.

 Usage of dual plumbing system resulting in low water consumption & less water
bill.

 Special arrangement of Green Area for senior citizen & children.

 Providing additional FAR for the building coming under IGBC certification.

 All terraces are treated with special arrangements to reduce down the heat align

Greens tower-wise is as under:-

 Pearl - The structure work of this tower is fast approaching completion. At present slab
of 19th floor is in progress out of 20 floors. The brick work has been completed up 13th
floor and plastering is in progress at 10th floor. Other works of electrical conducting,
Plumbing and kitchen shelf etc. are in progress upto 10th floor.

 Sapphire - The structure work of this tower is in progress at 12th floor slab and Brick
work is completed upto 7th floor. Other works are also started at 1st and 2nd floor.

 Amber - In this tower structure work is at 8th floor slab .Other works are to be started
soon

 Jade - The structure work on this tower is in progress at 4th floor level. Other works are
to be taken up soon.

 Opal - The structure work of this tower is in progress at 13th floor level. Brick work has
been completed upto 7th floor. Other works like plastering, Electrical conducting,
Plumbing and kitchen shelf are yet to be taken up.

 Ruby - The structure work in of this tower is in progress at 11th floor. Brick work has
been done upto 5th floor and Plastering is in progress at 2nd floor. Other items like
Electrical conducting, Plumbing, Kitchen shelves are in progress up to 4th floor.
