HOSTEL ALLOTMENT NOTICE

Kind Attention: ALL NEWLY ADMITTED STUDENTS OF DCRUST, MURTHAL

The allotment of Boys’ and Girls’ Hostels for the session 2019-20 will be made ONLINE on First
Come First Serve basis for the students to be admitted in the Academic Session 2019-20.

You are requested to visit University Website www.dcrustm.ac.in regularly and frequently for
updates. It is desirable to see “Important Links” on the University Website in addition.

The fee for hostel allotment will be received ONLINE (Credit/Debit Card/Internet Banking) only.
Please make necessary arrangements.

The expected date of the start of allotment process is 26.07.2019. Detailed Schedule/Key
Dates will be displayed on the DCRUST website on or before 24.07.2019.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Separate Boys’ and Girls’ Hostels are available.
Kind Attention: All Newly Admitted Students (Boys and Girls) of DCRUST, Murthal
 All students are hereby informed that the admitted students, Interested but Eligible, may be allowed
single/shared accommodation in the University Hostels on receipt of Fees/charges.
 Shared accommodation means two or more students reside in a single room. Limited Single Occupancy
rooms are also available.
 The allotment is made as per the policy laid down by the Hostel authorities. No preference may be given
based on programme (UG/PG) and/or discipline (Engineering/ Management/ Science/ Architecture/
Humanities, etc.), etc.
 No hostel accommodation is allowed to the students residing within 30 kms. of the University premises.
Documentary proof has to be uploaded during Registration.
Documentary Proof – Aadhaar Card/Ration Card/Resident Certificate/Certificate from the
employer/Certificate from SDM/Tehsildar or any other competent authority, etc.
 Requests/Queries regarding allotment of Single Occupancy rooms will not be entertained.
 Canvassing in any form may invite disciplinary action leading to Expulsion from the University Hostels
for the entire/rest of the duration of the program in addition to other penalties.

make necessary arrangements.
 The decision of Hostel authorities shall be final under all circumstances and shall be binding on all
students in hostel matters.

PROCEDURE OF ALLOTMENT

The allotment will be done in three phases:

Phase – 1: The students will register themselves on the University portal through the link
“www.dcrusthostel.com” available on University website (www.dcrustm.ac.in/ ONLINE HOSTEL
ALLOTMENT/Registration Form).
Phase-2: The eligible students will pay the requisite Fee/Dues/Charges ONLINE (Credit/Debit
Card/Internet Banking) only.
Phase – 3: The students will allot rooms on first come first choice basis online. The list of available rooms
will be shown on the website.
