Pay register Submission by ALP to Client 24th
Pay register approval by Client to ALP 25th
Invoice Submission by ALP to Client 26th
Payment release by Client to ALP 29th
Salary release by ALP to Associates 30th- 31st

Value Added Services


1 Visit client and employee frequently to resolve any pending issues or employee queries.
2 Dedicated Helpdesk executive to resolve employee queries, assist employees through
phone, e-mail, e-manage ESS web portal and SMS.
3 Organizing employee meets and employees connect activities.
4 Dedicated Helpdesk to handle employee queries.
5 Dedicated portals for employee self-service, leave management, IT Planning, Pay slip
downloads etc.
6 Dedicated team to handle and manage all statutory and compliance requirements like, PF,
PT, ESI, etc.
