SUBJECT: WRITTEN REMINDER

This MEMO is to confirm our discussion on (March 13, 2019) about your unacceptable
behavior/conduct resulting in your failure to maintain regular attendance at work.

At this time we discussed what we expected of you and you agreed to correct the
problem. Since then , you (having a lot of absences at work. And sometimes absence
without asking permission to the management.) The effect of this continued
behavior/conduct on the management is so serious that you must correct the situation
immediately. We expect you to make the following change in your behavior /conduct
without delay:

 Avoid having a lot of absences at work.


 Ask permission to the management for your absence.

We are confident of your ability to solve this problem and perform effectively in every
area of your job since any further problems requiring disciplinary action may result in you
having another MEMO and having three or four MEMO may result of your termination ,
the final step of our discipline system.
