Dear Hiring Manager,

It is with great enthusiasm that I submit my application for the position of Software Engineer Intern. I am looking to apply my
skills and abilities to a challenging, growth-oriented position with a leading company while continuing to build my academic
foundation.

I have strong background in analysis, and currently focusing on competitive programming; in particular, using my programming
knowledge to model real world systems. Please allow me to show you what I could bring to your company.

Problem-Solving is my hobby and I enjoy spending my time with problems in the quest of finding the most optimal solution.
Apart from this, I see myself as a fast learner and also a hardworking and passionate candidate who can add value to any
team via my creative ideas.

I live with the motto that if what I know is known by few, then it’s my duty to pass it on. That’s why I also do free tutoring to my
peers who need help in programming. When I teach a subject my goal is not to give an answer nor even to provide ways to
solve a particular problem, but rather build up the background knowledge so they can solve for themselves.
Due to my previous experiences of teaching algorithms to juniors, I have cultivated a good grasp of classical algorithms. The
experience has also contributed to my great communication skills which help me in conveying my complex thoughts into simple
words.
