Improving the quality of education is one of the concrete elements very important in efforts to
improve the quality of human resources. In line with that, a very important thing to note is the
problem of achievement learn. Factors that cause learning achievement is a failure in the academic
field both the factors that are within the students themselves as well factors that are outside students
such as low intelligence level, lack of learning motivation, less effective learning, amount of time
learning, low self-discipline, learning media or teaching materials still less provided by the school.
The problem in this research is how to planning, creating or producing and test software in the
form of multimedia interactive learning for electrical installation subjects with macromedia flash
and whether the use of animated multimedia motion images is suitable for used in SMK. The
purpose of the research to be achieved is to plan, create or producing and testing interactive
multimedia software for help learning in presentation of subject matter "Technique Utilization of
Electricity "on the electrical engineering expertise program at SMK. Data collection techniques
used in the completion of the study are with interviews, documentation, and questionnaire /
checklist.
The result of the test of the instructional media as a whole of the respondents, from the expert
multimedia states 77.66% with good criteria, from teachers stated 91,33% with good criterion,
from student in for two variable that is variable responses from students stated 77.16% with both
criteria and variables student attitudes stated 75.58% with good criteria. Test results to all
respondents of learning media electrical installation on subjects "Installing a Multilevel Electric
Lighting Installation" is feasible used as a medium of learning in SMK and has met the indicators
success with an average percentage of 80.40% or in a category good.
The Learning Media program should be used as a medium additional learning for electrical
installation subjects. It needs to be held advanced research on development of Learning Media
Program Electronic with other models as an additional means of learning.

Peningkatan mutu pendidikan merupakan salah satu unsur konkrit yang sangat penting dalam
upaya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Sejalan dengan itu, hal yang sangat penting
untuk diperhatikan adalah masalah prestasi belajar. Faktor yang menyebabkan prestasi belajar
tersebut mengalami kegagalan dalam bidang akademik baik faktor-faktor yang berada dalam diri
siswa maupun faktor-faktor yang berada diluar diri siswa seperti tingkat intelegensi yang rendah,
kurangnya motivasi belajar, cara belajar yang kurang efektif, jumlah waktu belajar, tingkat disiplin
diri yang rendah, media belajar atau bahan ajar yang masih kurang disediakan pihak sekolah.
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah merencanakan, membuat atau
memproduksi dan menguji perangkat lunak berupa multimedia interaktif untuk
pembelajaran mata pelajaran instalasi listrik dengan macromedia flash dan apakah
pemakaian multimedia animasi gambar gerak ini sesuai untuk digunakan di SMK. Tujuan
penelitian yang hendak dicapai adalah merencanakan, membuat atau memproduksi dan menguji
perangkat lunak berbentuk multimedia interaktif untuk membantu pembelajaran dalam penyajian
materi mata pelajaran “Teknik Pemanfaatan Tenaga Listrik” pada program keahlian teknik
instalasi listrik di SMK. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penyelesaian penelitian
ini dengan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket / cheklist.
Hasil ujicoba media pembelajaran secara keseluruhan responden, dari pakar multimedia
menyatakan 77,66 % dengan kriteria baik, dari guru menyatakan 91,33 % dengan kriteria baik,
dari siswa di bagi dua variabel yaitu variable tanggapan dari siswa menyatakan 77,16 % dengan
kriteria baik dan variable sikap siswa menyatakan 75,58 % dengan kriteria baik. Hasil ujicoba
kepada seluruh responden media pembelajaran instalasi listrik pada mata pelajaran “Memasang
Instalasi Penerangan Listrik Bangunan Bertingkat” ini layak digunakan sebagai media
pembelajaran di SMK dan telah memenuhi indicator keberhasilan dengan prosentase rata-rata
sebesar 80,40 % atau dalam kategori baik.
Program Media Pembelajaran ini sebaiknya digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran tambahan
untuk mata pelajaran instalasi listrik. Perlu diadakannya penelitian lanjutan tentang pengembangan
Program Media Pembelajaran Elektronik dengan model yang lain sebagai tambahan sarana
pembelajaran.
