“Mr. Khalid Ibne Masood obtained his B.Sc degree from Bangladesh University of
Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 2012. His undergraduate thesis title was
“Thermal Management in 3-D Integrated Circuits with Graphene Heat Spreaders”
Currently he is doing his M.Sc in BUET”
