    Mr. Khandaker Sultan Mahmood has obtained his B. Sc Engineering in Electrical and Electronic
    Engineering with honors from Islamic University of Technology (IUT) in 2011. He has been with the
    university since April 2012. His undergrad thesis topic was “Efficient designing of min-sum algorithm of
    low density parity check codes”.

    He is currently working on adopting various efficient decoding algorithms for min-sum decoding for low density parity check
    codes. His area of interest also includes power electronics, power engineering and control system.
