1st Demand Letter

Gentlemen:

After sending you the cash of P30,000 via LBC Alabang branch, as down payment for
the land survey of our property, located at Palta Small, Virac, Catanduanes, with a total
land area of 7.8304 hectares, and after the said amount sent was claimed by Arnel
Alarcon at the Palawan Pawnshop, Nabua, Camarines Sur branch, the agreed survey
service did not materialized. Numerous attempts by phone calls and text messages to
contact you and your accomplices failed.

In lieu of the above circumstances, we demand the return of the amount incurred in this
fictitious transaction as follows:
1. P30,000 pesos as down payment for the land survey service
2. P20,000 pesos for transportation and hotel accommodation
3. P20,000 pesos for documentations and penalty for unrendered services.
All original supporting documents in this failed transaction are well kept as evidence for
future filing of estafa case against the three of you in the event that the amount
mentioned above are not settled within one[1] week upon receipt of this letter.
