irrespective of the declaration of the result of qualifying exam/Entrance Test.

Candidates seeking admission in Evening courses are required to submit a certificate from the
employer or a certificate by self that he/she is self-employed.
Due to limited number of seats, students are advised to fill in maximum subjects (in various groups)
according to their preference. Final allocation will be done in order of merit only.
Candidate can apply for 4 Courses only on 1 Admission Form:
For Admission to 1 Course Rs. 300/- will be charged
For Admission to 2 Courses Rs. 400/- will be charged
For Admission to 3 Courses Rs. 500/- will be charged
For Admission to 4 Courses Rs. 600/- will be charged
Candidate intending to apply for more than 4 Courses is required to submit another Admission Form
at an additional fee of Rs. 300/-.

C. OFFLINE ADMISSION FORM OF PURC, KAUNI for B.A., B.Com, BBA & PGDCA; PUSSGRC,
HOSHIARPUR for APGDCA; DAYANAND CHAIR Certificate course in Vedic Studies; SANSKRIT Diploma
Course in Vedic Astrology, Higher Diploma in Vedic Astrology, Research Programme in Vedic Astrology,
Specialized Diploma in Medical Astrology (Hardcopy of the Admission Form alongwith the documents
is to be submitted to the Centre). Cost of Admission Form is Rs. 75/- to be charged from the admitted
candidates along with the Admission Fee.

week of June, 2019.

Candidates seeking admission in Sports Category, shall alongwith Admission Form, submit the
certificate/documents in the office of Campus Sports (Gymnasium Building, Jawaharlal Nehru Complex),
P.U. Chandigarh on or before the last date for submission of Admission Form.
