Due to deviantART's restriction on executable files, you're going to have to slip a

lower-case 'x' between the two 'e's that are to the right of the dot, at the end of
the file-name. Adding that little 'x' will change it back to an executable-file, or
'exe' file....

After you've re-named the .ee extentions to .exe, double-click it to begin

installation of the icon-pack.!

To un-install any iPack, run the setup file a 2nd time. The installer will then be
in Uninstall-mode and give you the choice to restore the backups iPack made of your
system-files prior to install and also the choice of doing an 'sfc/ scannow'
Windows check/restoration of your system-files should you need that option.
