• 1991 : The company is established under the trade name

Payphone Goudevenos Ltd
Payphone Goudevenos Ltd is the first company that imported Coin Payphones in the
Greek Market. The 1st Payphone was imported form England (Europayphone model)

• 1996 : Payphone Goudevenos Ltd is consolidated as on the

main players in the Greek Public Telecommunications Market
The sales of the company have already reached 2500 coin payphones. Meanwhile the
company opens its co-operation to Asian Telecom market

• 2001 : The map of Greek Telecommunications Market changes.

The lifelong monopoly of National Telecom Provider (OTE) is broken and the Greek
Market becomes more competitive than ever. Alternative Providers are now ready to
enter the telecom market.

• 2002 : European Union market “opens” its gates to Greek
Economy and the Greek current changes from Drachmas to Euro €.
The company has already sold almost 7500 coin payphones.
In a timeframe of 1,5 year 7500 more Euro Ready coin payphones are sold in the
market by Payphone Goudevenos Ltd.

• 2002 : The company architecture changes in order to meet the

needing of competitiveness.
Payphone Goudevenos Ltd is re named PayphoneNet Ltd and the company is
shared.

• 2002 : PayphoneNet proceeds in the manufacturing of TD - 03H,

which is an LCR and Pulse Generator device.
PTD-03 H is an ideal terminal equipment for Alternative providers.

• 2003 : PayphoneNet becomes authorized dealer of the biggest

Alternative Telecom Providers. Meanwhile PayphoneNet becomes the
main supplier of LCR`s for the above companies.
