The project is for a customer in banking and involved improving their

existing systems. This project was broken into phases. Statement of work
was agreed by customer in consultation with top management & resulted in a
charter. After this, project planning efforts started off involving
detailed design. Next, a kick off meeting was scheduled with team &
execution started. After completion of the phase, lessons learned and
verify scope were conducted to close and move onto the next phase
