PUBLICLY LISTED COMPANY: A public company, publicly traded company, publicly held company,
publicly listed company, or public limited company is a corporation whose ownership is dispersed
among the general public in many shares of stock which are freely traded on a stock exchange or in
over-the-counter markets.

INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING (IPO): An initial public offering (IPO) refers to the process of offering shares of
a private corporation to the public in a new stock issuance. Public share issuance allows a company to
raise capital from public investors.

SECURITY EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA: The Securities and Exchange Board of India is the regulator for
the securities market in India. Its chairman is “AJAY TYAGI”.

BOMBAY STOCK EXCHANGE: The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) is the first and largest securities market
in India and was established in 1875 as the Native Share and Stock Brokers' Association. Based in
Mumbai, India, the BSE lists close to 6,000 companies and is one of the largest exchanges in the world,
along with the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), NASDAQ, London Stock Exchange Group, Japan
Exchange Group, and Shanghai Stock Exchange. Securities that the BSE lists includes stocks, stock
futures, stock options, index futures, index options and weekly options. The BSE's overall performance is
measured by the Sensex, an index of 30 of the BSE's largest stocks covering 12 sectors. Its chairman is
“Sethurathnam Ravi” replaces “Dhirendra Swarup”.

SENSEX: The BSE SENSEX is a free-float market-weighted stock market index of 30 well-established and
financially sound companies listed on Bombay Stock Exchange. The 30 component companies which are
some of the largest and most actively traded stocks, are representative of various industrial sectors of
the Indian economy.

NATIONAL STOCK EXCHANGE: The National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) is the leading stock
exchange of India, located in Mumbai. National Stock Exchange has a total market capitalization of more
than US$2.27 trillion, making it the world's 11th-largest stock exchange as of April 2018. NSE's flagship
index, the NIFTY 50, the 50 stock index is used extensively by investors in India and around the world as
a barometer of the Indian capital markets. “Ashok Chawla” resigned as the chairman of
the National Stock Exchange(NSE).

NIFTY: The NIFTY 50 index is National Stock Exchange of India's benchmark broad based stock market
index for the Indian equity market. Full form of NIFTY is National Stock Exchange Fifty.

RED HERRING PROSPECTUS (RHP): A red herring prospectus, as a first or preliminary prospectus, is a
document submitted by a company (issuer) as part of a public
offering of securities (either stocks or bonds). Most frequently associated with an initial public
offering (IPO), this document, like the previously submitted Form S-1 registration statement, must be
filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). A red herring prospectus is issued to potential
investors, but does not have complete particulars on the price of the securities offered and quantum of
securities to be issued.
