-Price, Specifications, Colour and Features are Subject to Change Without notice and pre judice prevelent at the point of delivery, irrespective of the date of order/acceptance/payment.
2.OFFER:
-All Offers are subject to standard force majeure condition.
3.MODE OF PAYMENTS:
-Payment should be made by DD/Cheque favouring " V3 AUTOMOTIVES PVT LTD", payable at chennai subject to realisation.
-Cash Payment-Upto Rs.1.9 Lakhs Only is acceptable. Remittance should be made in Person at our Cash Counter & Receipt collected.
-By RTGS/NEFT/ Fund Transfers only from the Buyers Account. Proof of payment is mandatory for such payments.
-Part funding from anybody else other than the Buyer is not acceptable as per I.T.Regulations.
-For all electronic transfer of funds to our account, ensure details of the name of remittor and a breif note on purpose of transfer of funds is accompanied while funding.
4.AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY TERMS:
-Delivery Subject to availability of stock, delivery period are only indicative.
-Vehicles will be delivered after the completion of Registration formalities (Asper M.V.Act)
-We require 3 clear working days to Register & Deliver the vehicle after the realization of full payment.
-Insurance and Registration will be done only by the dealership.
5.CANCELLATION:
-Cancellation charges Applicable Rs.3000/- T & C Apply
6.READINESS & REGISTRATION OF CAR:
-On 100% realisation of payment receipt as per contracted price.
-Temporary registration charges would be Rs. 6000/- ( For Eon, Grand), Rs. 9000/- (For Xcent,Verna, Elite, i20 Active), Rs. 12000/- (For Creta,Tucson)
-"Out of Chennai" Registration charges would be Rs. 5000/- (applicable for Chengalpatu, Kancheepuram, Sriperumbadur, Madhuranthangam, Thiruvallur RTO)
-Affadavit charges for Non-Taxi Vehicles Rs. 1500/- applicable where requested & For Company Vehicles (Sriperumbadur, R.A.Puram RTO) Rs. 3000 applicable.
-Affadavit charges for Taxi Rs. 3000/- applicable where requested
7.DISPUTE & JURISDICTION:
-All disputes/claims arising out of the car purchase contract signed, is subject to Chennai jurisdiction only.
