breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, I usually

eat big breakfast very early. at 6 am I'm already eating


I really like to eat scramble eggs with bread and coffee with milk,
another option would be cereals with milk and fruit. I like to eat
some apples, a lot of bananas and a bit of strawberry
At 12 o´clock pm most days i have lunch, always like a lot of
chicken with vegetables, some rice or potatoes and many juice.
during dinner, which is usually at 7 o'clock I eat light, I drink a lot
of water during the day at night I eat too much protein and
vegetables, in proteins such as roasted meat or fish, many
vegetables such as lettuce, tomato and carrot
