About the Project –

Purpose behind choosing the project –

*I love the designs of the shopping malls that’s why I am choosing this topic.
* Shopping malls makes it advantageous for people to choose to shop at
a mall rather than a single store. Shopping malls also have
financial benefits.
Name of the client – Phoenix Mills

Area of the site – 13.5 acre

Location of the site-The mall, located at Sector 7, Gomti Nagar in, Lucknow

Details of requirements along with tentative breakup of areas being proposed

The project now meets the standards of environmentally-friendly design.

Officials said that Over the past few years, Lucknow, the political and the
financial capital of Uttar Pradesh, has seen rapid urbanisation. Fast paced
infrastructure growth and improved connectivity have helped the city
become one of the IT/ITES hubs. Our existing retail development in
Lucknow, Phoenix United is about 19 kms from Gomti Nagar. We have been
closely watching the rising aspirations of the young population and
growing consumption levels in the city. We believe Lucknow is ready for
large-scale retail destination with premium retail brands that can support
its rising consumption level.

Aim of Project –

• With the increasing commercialization and globalization of the city,

development of the complex would be designed to facilitate and attract
the local as well as the foreign tourist, thereby adding a substantial
revenue growth of the city.
• To generate a vocabulary and design temperament of the project for
architectural expression that
will reflect the urban character of that place.
• To design as per vernacular architecture of the city.
• To provide things needed for daily uses.
• To help generate employment for local people.

Behind Purana Quila, New Delhi

*Interest in historical places that’s why I choose historical museum.

*Love Historical buildings.

Name of the client – Govt. of India

Area of the site- 6.5 Acre

Possible occupancy or visitors expected at the project – spectators capacity is

6970 for the museum. (Given in the proposal) No. of trainees is to be calculated after
the case studies and literature studies.
Location of the site – The site is situated at Bhairon Marg, Behind Purana Quila,
New Delhi

Aim of Project –
To create an healthy environment of history of India in a high quality facilities to the
visitors.

Case studies and literature studies –

1. National Museum

Reason - known as the National Museum of India, it is one of the largest

museums in Delhi. Boasting of over 200,000 works of foreign and Indian art,
this museum covers more than 5,000 years of worldwide rich cultural heritage.

2. Indira Gandhi Memorial Museum

It is home to some extremely rare pictures of the Nationalist movement along

with some personal moments of the Gandhi and Nehru family along with Indira
Gandhi’s childhood.
