You’re Ref: With reference to our telephonic discussion regarding PMI Rental.

We are pleased to undertake PMI services in your organization and are submitting our most
competitive offer as below

PMI service Charges per day – Rs 7000/-Upto 350 spots and Half day-Rs 3500/-Upto 150 spots plus taxes (Including
transportation charges) with the following Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions:

1. Scope of the Work includes Instrument Charges, Grinding Machine, Manpower and conveyance.
2. PMI testing will be done using NITON (XRF) XL2 100G Analyzers.
3. PMI inspection will be conducted on-site and reports will be immediately given including Hard/Soft copies of
reports.
4. Witnessing of the tests can be done by your authorized personnel.
5. Number of working days will be counted from the start date to end date even if the instrument is not used
on account of any delay from your side.
6. Payment shall be made within 15days from date of submission of report and our Tax Invoice. However if the
job is prolonged for more than 15days, Billing shall be raised for once in every 15days period there-of.
7. Validity of this offer is 30days.
