Greetings!

The Colegio de la Purisima Concepcion-College of Engineering and Technology will be

conducting a Sports Try Out, to enhance the skill and talent that God has given to the
young generation of today, that will be held on August 9, 2019, 3:00 PM onwards at the
SLEC Annex Building.

As part of the activity, the PICE CPC CSC was tasked to facilitate E- Sports, (Please see
attached program). Also, attached herewith is the proposed activities and other relevant
information for 50th Anniversary Celebration.

In this regard, we would like to request an amount of One Thousand pesos, (P1,000.00) to
defray the expenses for the Sports tryout activities (Please see attached proposed
budget. This is included in the action plan for academic 2019-2020).

Your approval on this request will surely contribute to the success of our activity.
