I refilled the water tank in the dispenser. Again I have been called out to come to
the Central IAD office to troubleshoot an unresponsive monitor. What I did was
check the connections from the monitor to the CPU and then open check the
power chord attached to the outlet. I have found out that the cable is not fully
connected to its socket that’s why it is not able to turn on.
I was sent to Retail 2 office to send an inter-office memo. After that I was also
sent to corporate IAD office to install Microsoft office to a Unit due to a broken
office problem. The problem is that the office keeps on not responding error
message and sometimes, the program won’t run. At the same office I was also
called to fix a system error.
I was sent out to the IT System Dev office to ask for rubber bands to be used for
the printer fixing. We assisted the technician in fixing the printer. We are also
able to wash the waste Ink pads and let it dry at the rooftop. It is a nice view at
the rooftop you could see the clouds and the Banat-I hill.
I was sent out to the Security Services Office to fix a system error but when I
came it wasn’t a system error but a power supply problem which unable the
system to boot so what I did was to pull-out the unit. We blower the dust and
cleaned it’s casing. We removed the supply and test it. We found out that the
output power is insufficient to boot the system so we check all the components
and change the bad components. I was also called to Payroll office to change 3
ribbon ink cartridge.
