PERFORMANCE TASK

 I can gather data about disaster risk reduction management measures through research and
interviews during earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons and volcanic eruptions.
 I can create an informative and encouraging speech/materials that promotes disaster preparedness
during earthquakes, tsunamis and volcanic eruption through practical suggestions for the
community.
Goal: Public presentation of the data gathered through research and interviews about earthquake,
tsunamis, typhoon and volcanic eruptions.

Number of Respondents: at least 10 persons

Prepare a survey questionnaire with questions to be checked by the teacher.

Select respondents: teachers, students, parents, foreigners, DRRM respondents

Format:

IMRAD

Introduction – general problem, background of the study, questions that will be answered.

Method – description of materials, research method, data gathering procedure, data processing
procedures

Results – presentation of results of survey (tallied) or interview (gist/transcript).

Discussion – interpretation of the data, conclusion and short recommendation
