Before implementing these strategies I advise you to create a new fiverr account and try these
strategies.

Strategy 1:

According to alexa.com, 44% of fiverr’s traffic is coming from US and India is next at 11%. So timing
of your Gig is very important. You have to address US customers and whenever you are creating any
Gig it should be based on US timings between 12 PM and 12 AM.

Strategy 2:

In your profile page you can have your website link so instead of people contacting through fiverr
they can directly contact through your website.

Strategy 3:

As I said in the previous strategy the success lies when you can able to contact your customer
outside of fiverr. You can’t do everything for $5 and if you can able to contact them outside you can
provide lot of work and services. What you can do is when you are submitting the completion report
include the list of services you provide with your contact id so if they are interested they will contact
you directly.

Strategy 4:

Always have a look at gigs which are being suggested in the bottom right hand side of the fiverr
home page. You can get some very good deals if you have a watch there.

Strategy 5:

Consider you wanna do tougher job which requires $10. So what you can do, mention in the gig that
you need to order it twice to the job completed. So the buyers will order it twice and you will get
$10.

Strategy 6:

For the same gig have two copies. If none of your gigs are sold delete the gig and create again so
that your gig will feature in the first page of the recent gigs column.

Strategy 7:

Whenever you complete a gig always ask the buyer to give a review in that way your reputation will
be increased.

Strategy 8:

Tags are very important for gigs. Have a look at what you are competitor is having and use the same
in addition to your own tags.
Strategy 9:

Go to your competitor gig and message the buyers who had given a review for him. Tell them that
you can provide a better service and show them samples.

Strategy 10:

Images are one of the important parameter for the success for your gigs. You can use this website
where you can convert any text to pic so that your image will look very catchy.

Strategy 11:

This is very important. Whenever you are creating a gig very less people will show interest on you as
there will be no reviews. What you can do is you can order your own gig and give a very good review
for that. You need to have two accounts for this. Fiverr has never mentioned about multiple
accounts in their terms of service. What you are gonna do is, you are going to buy your gig for $5
and you will be getting $4. You will be losing only $1 but for that you can have a very good review for
your gig.

Strategy 12:

This is unethical. Other’s loss is your gain. If you don’t want to does this then leave this strategy.

Here what you are going to do is you will be ordering your competitor’s gig and give him a negative
feedback. So your competitor rating will come down and his ranking in search will also come down.
Also you will be getting the gig which you ordered.

There is no way in fiverr system where a buyer can appeal for a negative feedback. If your
competitor is completed 9 gigs and his rating is 100% with one of your negative feedbacks his
ranking will come down to 90%.
