1. Assist referred client’s from the office of Vice Governor and Misor Cares for
social case study report.
2. Assisted/ facilitated 27 individuals for financial assistance.
3. Assist during distribution of wheelchair for 3 individuals.
4. Assist during the Women’s Month Culmination and Kick-Off Activity and the
Feeding Program.
5. Assist during the ribbon cutting ceremony at Aposkahoy, Claveria, Misamis
Oriental.

GOV office.
2. Assisted 11 clients released of calamity assistance at NHA Kauswagan.
3. Assisted 10 clients of transportation assistance in 3 min. per client.
4. Assisted 3 clients for livelihood assistance.
5. Assisted 19 client for financial assistance.
6. Assisted during Women’s Month Culminating Activity held at Midway Initao.
7. Assisted client for food packs.
8. Assisted 2 client released wheelchair for PWD.
