How to calculate compliance and non-compliance

First of we collected all the data of the hospital and applied the metrics in KPI Metric
measurement then data is broken down in compliance and non-compliance data, now
distribute that data in 4 quarters now percentage of both compliance and non-compliance is
calculated separately. Now the data that is achieved is converted into a graphical form to
represent the data. Now by the help of represented data it is converted in the KPI
measurement metrics and standards that are as follows:
