Problem formulation

HR manager wants know that how many employees are engaged or align with business goal
or not?
Objective:-

Finding the number of employees between the performances rating 6 – 8.5 from the following
table:

8.5  M 2.5/3 = M – 201/254

Hence, 6  201

8.5  412 412-201= 211 Employees

Conclusion & Recommendation:-

From the above analysis we got that 211 employees out of 500 employees were having ratings
of between 6 to 8.5 and these employees were engaged & aligned with organization goal.
