Employement in Hosiery Manufactory

Period from 01.04.2019 to 31.03.2020

1) To arrive at the daily rate of wages, the Monthly wages shall be divided by 26.
2) Where the nature of work is the same, no distinction in the payment of wages Shall be made
between male and female workers.
3) For the Purpose of this Schedule, the Hosiery manufactory includes knitwear manufactory,
whether for Export or Domestic purpose.
4) Where the existing wages are higher than the minimum rates of wages fixed herein, the same shall
be continued to be paid
