Acc. to IEC 60076-7:2018 for large power transformers the following overload conditions
can be handled by the OLTC:
Normal cyclic loading: Overload current 1,3 x Ir => 790,27 A
Long-time emergency loading: Overload current 1,3 x Ir => 790,27 A
Short-time emergency loading: Overload current 1,5 x Ir => 911,85 A

Test passed
- Functional test of individual sub-assemblies
- High voltage test on the vacuum interrupters
- Operational tests of the diverter switch insert in hot insulating oil with
switching sequence measurement and mechanical testing
- Seal-integrity and strength testing (pressure and vacuum) for oil compartment
- Switching sequence measurement of the complete on-load tap-changer over ten cycles

The on-load tap-changer has passed the tests successfully and has been released by quality
assurance. We hereby confirm that the above product has been tested and meets the contractual
conditions (in accordance with DIN/EN10204-3.1).

All requirements for routine tests from the tap changer standards IEC 60214-1:2014 and
IEEE C57.131-2012 are satisfied.

Tests to be carried out on the protective relay RS (oil flow-controlled relay)

- Auxiliary circuit dielectric test (in accordance with IEC 60214-1:2014)
- Seal integrity test with helium tracer gas
- Functional test of the complete protective relay

The oil flow-controlled relay has passed the tests successfully and has been released by quality
assurance.
