Subject: REQUEST FOR GRANT OF PROMOTION FROM BPS-17 TO BPS-18 AND

SENIORITY OVER THE JUNIOR OFFICER.

R/Sir,
I have the honour to submit my request for consideration as under:-
1. That my case for promotion to BPS-18 being a senior shown at S.No: 04 below the
name of Mr. Niaz Hussain Jalbani at S.No: 03 in the seniority list of 2018 was considered in the
meeting of Secretary Local Government Board held on 04-01-2019 in which my case for promotion
was deferred due to the reason for want of ACRs for the year 2013 to 2017.

2. That my ACRs for the year 2013, 2017 & 2018 were already submitted in the office of
Secretary Local Government Board. As regards the ACRs for remaining year of 2014 to 2016, it is to
state that I was awaiting for posting. Applications from time to time were sent to your good office for
decision, but it is pending as yet.

3. That my name in the seniority list of 2018 was at S.No:04 below in the name of Mr.
Niaz Hussain Jalbani and above the name of Waqar Ahmed Kohati may please be reckoued at S.No:
04 after due verification.

I therefore prayed for early decision of my promotion to BPS-18 in pur view of ACRs
and seniority basis may kindly be granted w.e.f. 04-01-2019 in the sake of justice.
