solution to our costumer for welding and hard surfacing problem
using our welding technology product, visit and maintain relations

Managing of machine’s operator. Make sure production schedule
can reach the target. Make sure everything on process under
control. Finding problem solving when problem appear. Make daily
report for production result, lost time, and operator performance.
Being a bridge between the operator and the management.
2017 PT Isoku Proteksi Pratama – Engineering
Doing job as cathodic protection tester. Supervision on installing
cathodic protection system project. Calculating needs of anode on
cathodic protection system. Preparing for document pre-project.
After project finish doing comissioning test and making for final
report. Before project make sure all tools and eqiupment have been
completely ready. Finding a vendor to supply good quality of
equipment with lowest price to reach good profit.

Competency of Coating Inspector

Having ability to know cause of corrosion happen. Know how to doing protection on
substrate from corrosion attack. Know how to doing liquid coating protection and to
do inspection for keep coating quality from beginning until the end of process.
Knowing calculation of liquid coating need and know about deffect from coating
application

Project Experience

2017 PPKK SKG Bontang Pertamina Gas Project to Instal Cathodic Protection
System both of SACP and ICCP. This project has
pipeline length 12km. I act like supervisor to supervise
our worker to work well as procedure and make sure
all job plan can run as it should be also coordination to
our main contractor.

2017 Japek Elevated Tol 2 Project of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) to build new layer
of highway in line of Jakarta – Cikampek. I work as
coating inspector and I inspect coating of Girder Box.
Which is use two kind of paint, epoxy and aluminium
paint coating.
