The cancellation policy for group reservation is as under:

 Cancellation of on room reservation shall be honored up to two (2) weeks prior to actual tour date
without incurring a cancellation fee.
 Cancellation on room reservation made within one (1) week shall incur a cancellation fee equivalent to
one (1) night stay per room.
 Cancellation on room reservation made within 96 hours (4 days) prior to actual tour date shall mean
forfeiture of the deposit/payment made.
 No show shall mean forfeiture of the deposit/payment made.
