Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

50 grams butter, softened


¼ cup white sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
¾ cup or 70 grams chocolate (droplets)

Procedure
1. In a bowl combine butter, white sugar and brown sugar. Mix well. Add egg and vanilla. Mix
2. Add all-purpose flour, baking soda and salt. Stir until well combined or until it forms a dough.
Add chopped chocolates and mix until the chocolate are well incorporated into the cookie dough.
3. Scoop a teaspoon of a cookie dough and roll into a small ball. Place over a plate lined with wax
paper.
4. Bake cookies for 3 – 4 minutes.
5. Just always remember to always check what you’re baking at the toaster oven a bit early since
toaster oven cooks faster than a conventional oven. Make sure your toaster oven selector is
baking from top and bottom so your cookie will cook evenly.
6. Remove cookie in the toaster oven and let it sit for 2 minutes before transferring it in a cooling
rack.
