As you are aware, the University prints original degree certificates of all the graduates who are cligible to receive their degrees during the annual convocations of the University. The graduates are expected to apply for the original degree (OD) directly in the online mode by furnishing the postal address and other particulars and by making the OD fee payment in online mode. The University sends the OD by speed post to the addresses of respective candidates. Itis observed that a large number of graduates who studied at your college have not yet applied for their respective original degrees. Their printed ODs are laying in the racks. The year- wise list of candidates who were graduated from your college but not yet applied for their original degrees are enclosed herewith. Hence it is requested to make arrangements to reach the graduates of your college through your college alumni associations and other social media channels and encourage them to apply for their Original Degrees. A separate cell for the disbursement of the original degrees and attending the grievances shall be setup at the JNTUH examination branch and shall be operative for a period of one month from 15-02-2019 to 15-03-2019.
