MSCT SCAN OF BRAIN 
Nonenhanced MSCT imaging was performed using sub-millimeter thin contiguous
axial Plain scan of brain from base to vertex.

Gliosis noted in the right temporo-pareital region.

Cerebral atrophic changes are seen in brain with prominence of cortical
sulci, gyri & CSF spaces.

Posterior fossa & 4​th​ ventricle show normal appearance.

Both lateral and third ventricles appear normal.
No obstructive hydrocephalous noted.
No midline shift or mass effect seen.
No evidence of mass effect or shift of midline noted.
No evidence of subarachnoid haemorrahge noted
No evidence of extradural/subdural hematoma noted.
No intraventricular haemorrhage noted.
No definite intracranial SOL noted.

CONCLUSION
Gliosis noted in the right temporo-pareital region.
Cerebral cortical atrophy noted.
No intracranial haemorrhage or SOL noted.
