Introduction to Oman Oil Company

Oman Oil Company S.A.O.C. (OOC) is a commercial company wholly owned by the Government of the
Sultanate of Oman. The Company was incorporated in 1996 to pursue investment opportunities in the
energy sector both inside and outside Oman. Through participation in energy and energy related projects,
the Company plays an important role in the Sultanate's efforts to diversify the Omani economy and to
promote Omani and foreign private sector investment.

The Company has at its core the following objectives:

 Develop and invest in profitable businesses within Oman and internationally

 Create meaningful employment within Oman

 Grow talent - business leaders and professionals

 Maximise value from Oman's resources

Within the Sultanate, the Company is focused on the development of oil and gas-based industries and
other energy and energy related projects in partnership with international industry players capturing the
value chain in the oil and gas sector. The Company’s recent structure builds on four main verticals
(pillars) which operates OOC’s projects/assets. The four pillars represent: Takamul Investment Company
S.A.O.C, Oman Oil Company Exploration and Production, Oman Oil Facilities Development Company
L.L.C, Oman Oil Duqm Development L.L.C, in addition to the international assets that is managed by the
OOC international investment unit.

Through development and participation in various projects, the Company continues to pursue the future
which creates more jobs and investment opportunities directly from the projects themselves as well as
from the many ancillary projects that will be needed to support and follow from these developments. The
Company’s significant experience in project development and its unique shareholding as a government
owned commercially managed company makes it a partner of choice in the energy sector in Oman.

Outside Oman, the Company is actively pursuing commercial ventures in the energy value chain to
provide an alternate source of revenue for the Government of Oman.

OOCEP

Oman Oil Company Exploration & Production LLC (OOCEP) is an upstream Oil & Gas company based
in the Sultanate of Oman. Initially having operated as a division of Oman Oil Company SAOC (OOC),
OOCEP is now a subsidiary of OOC following the Company's incorporation as a separate legal entity in
2009. OOCEP has numerous assets and diversified interests in Oil & Gas exploration and production both
inside and outside Oman.

Overview

Oman Oil Company Exploration & Production LLC (OOCEP) was established as an Omani upstream oil
& gas company. As a subsidiary of Oman Oil Company SAOC (OOC), OOCEP is driven by upstream
investments in line with OOC’s strategy of pursuing local and international energy related investments.
Primarily an Omani organization, OOCEP makes investments to capitalize on Oman’s experience in the
oil & gas industry. Moreover, the company strives to achieve strong operational results, financial returns,
