Recommendations for Sustainable and Innovative Marketing Strategies.”
This journal article was about Tesla, as well as the Electric Vehicle’s Industry. To begin, it is
significant to recognize that Tesla is the front-runner in the market and the most well-known
electric car brand in the market today. This article examines specifically Tesla’s and their
marketing methods. Additionally, in this article, it implements and suggests changes to the
company in order to correct the existing problems in the firm. They applied a case analysis
approach in order to examine the Electric Vehicle’s Industry and Tesla’s marketing strategies.
Also, the authors achieved a detailed assessment through utilizing the Michael Porter’s Five
Forces. After, the authors then adjusted and proposed other approaches that would pertain to
Tesla’s ultimate goals.
The name of the dissertation is “Exploring the affects of transformative change on successful
company performance in the automotive industry.”
This dissertation was about the automotive industry and how making adjustments impacts the
company’s performance. In this study, they gathered detailed interviews from several workers
within the automotive industry to find out about the influence on effective company performance.
Factors such as, customer satisfaction and effective marketing play a vital role to the workers
within the automotive industry. When there is a change within the company, employees in the
automotive industry do not get the opportunity to give their opinion. Though, this study found that
automotive industry leaders are informed of the setting that workers are experiencing. Ultimately,
the leadership in the automotive industry needs to be transformed in order for company
performance to be successful.
