This article discusses the development of an innovation cycle. An innovation cycle is a process
that organizations use information technologies in a timely way, to achieve success. The course of
innovations is demonstrated through the use of examples of models. The authors utilized different
models that were established through comparative advantage and an innovation cycle. The
innovation cycle models indicated that the impact of supply and the effects on prices impacts profit.
Overall, they determined that the distribution and the level of skills impacts adjustments in
technology.
